D.I.R.T. = Dynamic Interval & Repetition Training

The D.I.R.T. Method is the most efficient and effective way to optimize your fitness in 2024.  Following a single program that progresses your work intervals and repetitions on a scientifically proven progression schedule is how you get the best results possible. 


Having access to 1,000,000 free workouts on youtube/social can be a good thing if you choose the ones that take into consideration your injury history, age, gender, goals, etc. Train Dirty has you covered from head to toe, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. By the time you decide what free workout to do, my Train Dirty athletes have already finished their workout for the day.
